FAQ

  • Yes!!  We offer delivery and set up as well as a self pickup/return option.

    Self pickup and return clients must pass a trailer towing qualification interview as well as a vehicle and insurance inspection.    

  • Our sauna is mounted on a trailer and requires a space similar to parking a large boat.

    • Dimensions: 24 feet long × 9 feet wide
    • Surface: Flat or slightly unlevel is okay (built-in leveling jacks can adjust)
    • Access: Must be reachable by truck and trailer

    Common placement locations include:

    • Driveways
    • Parking pads
    • Homes or vacation rental properties
    • Beach or roadside pull-offs (where allowed)

    Popular local self pickup locations include:

    • Eagle Beach state cabins
    • Eaglecrest parking lot
    • Skaters Cabin
    • Auke Rec area
    • Treadwell Arena 

    You are responsible for safe transport and compliance with all local regulations.

    ⚠️ Important notes:

    • Final placement must be safe, accessible, and legal
    • Customer is responsible for ensuring site permission and compliance
    • We reserve the right to decline delivery if conditions are unsafe or restricted

  • We can deliver to most locations in the Juneau area that do not require a commercial use permit.

    If you’re unsure about your location, just ask—we’re happy to help confirm ahead of time.

     

  • We will provide enough wood for approximately 4 hours of sauna operation per rental day.  Additional bundles may be purchased at the time of your booking or you can choose to purchase DRY SEASONED fire wood bundles from local stores such as Breeze Inn, Superbear etc.  It will take approximately 2 store bought bundles per  4 hour sauna session. 

  • YES!!  We have a sauna rules sheet that will help the client keep the unit clean during their rental period.  After the unit is returned we perform a through cleaning of all surfaces with a natural cleaning agent that leaves the unit safe,clean, fresh and odor free.
